I currently make project documents available on Scribd and presentations available on Slideshare, so please look there for these types of publication. More formal and significant publications are noted below:
Latest:
Currier, S. (Feb. 2009) SWORD: Cutting Through the Red Tape to Populate Learning Materials Repositories
- An introduction to the SWORD deposit protocol for e-learning managers and support staff, with case study vignettes providing inspiration for use of SWORD in teaching & learning contexts. Published on February 2nd 2009, as a feature article on the JISC e-Learning Focus site, as part of Intrallect Ltd's contribution to the SWORD2 project.
- Recently heard from Christina Smart at JISC CETIS, who published the article for me, that it has been the most viewed and downloaded article ever on the e-Learning Focus site.
McGill, L., Currier, S., Douglas, P., Duncan, C. (Dec. 2008) Good Intentions: Improving the Evidence Base in Support of Sharing Learning Materials
- This JISC-funded report looks at the current evidence base for different business models in support of sharing learning materials. Lou McGill did the bulk of the work for Intrallect Ltd; I helped by going around to her place and helping her think through the issues, researching the history and business models of repositories projects going back to 1999, and assisting with polishing the final report and the business cases appendix.
More:
